Ayodhya was historically known as Saketa. The early Buddhist and Jain canonical texts mention that the religious leaders Gautama Buddha and Mahavira visited and lived in the city. Ayodhya is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Rama. It holds immense significance for millions of devotees. The ancient city witnessed the unfolding of the epic Ramayana, a timeless narrative that transcends generations.

The land of Varanasi (Kashi) has been the ultimate pilgrimage spot for Hindus for ages. Hindus believe that one who is graced to die on the land of Varanasi would attain salvation and freedom from the cycle of birth and re-birth. Silk weaving, carpets, crafts and tourism employ a significant number of the local population, as do the Banaras Locomotive Works and Bharat Heavy Electricals. The city is known worldwide for its many ghats, steps leading down the steep river bank to the water, where pilgrims perform rituals.

Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”.

Payment Terms

5% GST will be applicable.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

Booking Policy

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
• 90 – 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 – 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 – 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 – 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
