5. 1 Liter Mineral Water Per Person Per Day.
6. Major Entry Fees, Guide Charges, Dry Snacks Hamper, Some Special Treats, etc.
7. Railway / Air Transfers.
8. FREE BEES : CAP, SLING BAG, LUAGGUGE TAG.

1. Travelling Tickets. [We arrange it for you on request]
2. Hobby Expenses, Rides, Personal Charges, Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping,
wines and alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink.
3. Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
4. Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
5. Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due
to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
6. Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal
emergency
7. Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”

• AC of the vehicles does not work in     Hilly Areas.
• We provide Ex. Mattress for third        Person.
• All the disputes are subject to             Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

• 5% GST will be applicable.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
• We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
• Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
• Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
• Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

• A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

  POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
  In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
  • 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
  • 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
  • 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
  • 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
  • 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
