Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”.

AC of the vehicles does not work in Hilly Areas.
We provide Ex. Mattress for third Person.
All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

Payment Terms

5% GST will be applicable.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

Booking Policy

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

• Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
• 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Proceed to Delhi by Train [Rajdhani].

Arrive at Delhi. Proceed to Nainital [Approx. 335 Kms – 08hours]. Arrive at Nainital & Check in Hotel. Introductory Get-together& Stay at Nainital.

Proceed to Full day Nainital Sightseeing – Snow Point by Rope Way, Evening visit Naina Devi Temple, Shopping at Tibetan Market, Enjoy Boating in Naina Lake. Stay at Nainital.

Proceed to Lake tour which includes Bhimtal, Sattal, Navkuchital and Hanuman Gadi. Back to Nainital. Stay at Nainital.

Proceed to Corbett [Approx.90 Kms – 03 Hours]. On the way visit – Khurpatal & Corbett Museum. Arrive at Corbett & Enjoy Evening Jungle Safari. Stay at Corbett.

Proceed to Mussoorie[Approx. 225 Kms – 08 Hours]. Arrive at Mussoorie. Evening relaxation. Stay at Mussoorie.

Proceed to Mussoorie local Sightseeing – Camel Back Point, Gun Hill Point & Kempty Falls. Evening free time for Shopping at Mall Road. Stay at Mussoorie.

Proceed to Haridwar & Rishikesh[Approx 96 Kms – 03 Hours]. Enroute – Ramzula, Lakshmanzula, Swarag Ashram, Gita Bhawan. Arrive at Haridwar & Visit Ganga Arti & Hariki-Paudi. Stay at Haridwar.
