Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”.

Payment Terms

5% GST will be applicable.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

Booking Policy

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
• 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Pick up from Dwarka Railway Station and drop to Hotel. Arrive at Hotel Check in & Relaxation. Evening Visit Dwarkadhish Temple. Dinner & Stay at Dwarka.

After breakfast Proceed to Sightseeing - Bet-Dwarka, Nageshwar Mahadev Temple Jyotirlinga, Gopi Talav. Rukmini Temple. Return back Hotel. Evening enjoy Sunset at Gomti River. Dinner & Stay at Dwarka.

After breakfast check out from Hotel and Proceed to Porbandar Sightseeing - Harshad Mata Temple, Sudama Temple, Kirti Mandir - Birth Place of Mahatma Gandhi. After Lunch Proceed to Somnath. Check in Hotel. Evening visit for Somnath Jyotirlinga Darshan & Light & Sound Show (If available). Dinner & Stay at Somnath.

After breakfast and checkout from Hotel. Proceed to Somnath Sightseeing - Triveni Sangam, Dehotsarg, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Bhalika Tirtha. Proceed to Sasangir. Visit Sasangir (World Largest Lion Century). After that Proceed to Junagarh. Arrival at Junagarh & Check in Hotel. Dinner & stay at Junagarh.

Early Morning Visit Girnar by Rope Way. Return back Hotel & Relaxation. Evening Shopping Bandhani Material at Jethpur. Dinner & stay at Junagarh.

After Breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to Rajkot Railway Station. Enroute Visit – Virpur Darshan of Jalaram Baba Samadhi,Swaminarayan Temple, Navlakha Palace at Gondal.
