Silk weaving, carpets, crafts and tourism employ a significant number of the local population, as do the Banaras Locomotive Works and Bharat Heavy Electricals. The city is known worldwide for its many ghats, steps leading down the steep river bank to the water, where pilgrims perform rituals.

• 44 – 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 – 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 – 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
