Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency

Payment Terms

5% GST will be applicable.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

Booking Policy

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

• Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
• 90 – 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 – 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 – 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 – 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Arrive at Guwahati. Check in Hotel. Introductory Get-Together with Lunch. After Lunch proceed toKamakhya Temple & Umananada Temple. Stay at Guwahati.

After Breakfast, Drive to Kaziranga. Check in a hotel. Stay at Kaziranga.

After Breakfast, Visit Kaziranga national park & Proceed to Jeep Safari in the central Range. EveningEnjoy the Bilhu Dance at Orchid Park. Stay at Kaziranga.

After Breakfast, Proceed to Shillong. Check in hotel After Refreshment evening for relaxation. Time topermit Sweetest Lake the Umiam Lake or Barapani – is the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya in Amidst Sylvan Hills adorned by stay at Shillong.

After Breakfast, proceed to Proceed to Cherapunji, the wet test place on earth. Enroute visit the famous Elephant Falls. At Sohra, stopache Duwan Sing Syiem View point for memorizing view In Cherapunji witness tothe gorgeous Seven Sisters Falls and Nohsngithiang Falls. After lunch at Cherapunji, drive back to Shillong for Overnight Stay.

After Breakfast, proceed to Mawlynnong the cleanest village in Asia (100kms/3hrsdriveapprox.) also known as ‘God’s own Garden’. With over 80 households, the village gives the ambiance of walk-in Chinawell maintained park! Return back to hotel. Stay at Shillong
