• Deluxe accommodation at Sonmarg & Leh on twin sharing.

• Transfer from Srinagar airport to Sonmarg by Non-Ac Tempo Traveler.
• Non-AC Innova or Tempo Traveler as per itinerary (day 2 onwards, not on disposal).
• Veg/Non-Veg food on entire tour as mentioned in the itinerary (Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner).
• Environmental & Wildlife Fees.
• Entry tickets to Monuments and sightseeing locations as per itinerary.
• Oxygen cylinder in vehicle for day 5,6&7

• AIRPORT TRANSFERS.
• Hobby Expenses, Rides, Personal Charges, Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink.
• Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
• Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”.
• Optional activities like, Rafting and Double Hump Camel Riding.

• All Group Departures with bookings of less than 15 passengers will be organized on Customized basis with the services of a local tour co-coordinator.
• Passengers sharing in vehicle & type of vehicle provided will be at the sole discretion of  Rajguru Tours & will depend on group size.
• Extra person in a room will be provided with Mattress.

• 5% GST will be applicable.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
• We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
• Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
• Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
• Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Rs. 5000/- Per Person is Non-Refundable.
• 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
