Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price, and any applicability of new taxes from Government
Any upgradation charges in Airline class or hotel room category
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
Anything specifically not mentioned in the “TOUR COST INCLUDES”.

Payment Terms

5% GST will be applicable.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving Advance. Advance Amount Rs.10,000/-p.p. [CASH/ NEFT/ CHEQUE]
We also provide you Monthly Installments Facility. [Should be paid before 10th of Every month]
Full Payment should be done 15 days before Departure Date.
Train Fare + Agent Charges should be paid by Cash while issuing tickets.
Flight Fare – Cheque Payment will be accepted while issuing tickets.

Booking Policy

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to RAJGURU TOURS.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

• 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 20 % of full tour cost.
• 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 40 % of full tour cost.
• 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.
• 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Details

Arrive at Varanasi Airport. Check in Hotel & Relaxation. After lunch proceed to Varanasi Sightseeing – Boating in the Ganga Ghat to enjoy ghat from different angles, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Ganga River Darshan and Attend Ganga Aarti. Return back to hotel. Dinner & stay at Varanasi. [L, D].

After Breakfast Proceed to Varanasi Remain Sightseeing – Sankat Mochan, Kaudi Mata Mandir, Birla Mandir. On the way Lunch. After lunch visit Sarnath Temple, Enjoy Light and sound program at Chaukhandi Stupa. Return back Hotel Dinner & stay at Varanasi. [BT, B, L, D].

After Breakfast Check out from hotel and proceed to Bodhgaya (255 kms). On the way Lunch. Check in Hotel & Relaxation. Evening visit Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue (80 ft), Japanese Temple, Chinese Temple. Return back to Hotel. Dinner & stay at Bodhgaya. [BT, B, L, D].

After Breakfast Check out from hotel and proceed to Gaya (12 kms), On the way visit Falgu River, Vishnupad Temple, (can do Pind Daan Vidhi) at Gaya. On the way lunch. After Lunch Proceed to Varanasi. Evening Check in Hotel. Dinner & stay at Varanasi. [BT, B, L, D].

After Breakfast Check out from hotel and proceed to Allahabad (Prayagraj). Check in hotel. After Lunch visit Triveni Sangam (can do veni daan, pind daan, Ganga pujan vidhi), Hanuman Temple, Return back to Hotel. Dinner & stay at Allahabad (Prayagraj). [BT, B, L, D].

After Breakfast Check out from hotel and proceed to Ayodhya (168 kms). Check in at Hotel & Relaxation. After Lunch Visit – Ram Janmabhoomi, Sarayu River, Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir. Return back to Hotel. Dinner & stay at Ayodhya. [BT, B, L, D].
